Dosetec manufactures several models of bagging machines for open mouth packages used in different industrial segments. They are manufactured in carbon or stainless steel, with screw, gravity or vibrating chutes feed. Operation is facilitated and the interface is touchscreen.
In addition to bagging machines for open mouth packages, it also manufactures bagging machines for valved sacks with a feeding system by worm screw, driven by servomotor. The equipment is intended for industries that seek high precision in dosage.
All bagging machines have an internal mixing system in the feeding silo, which ensures that the product is homogeneous for the weighing process. They have advantages such as high precision in dosing, low operating costs and high productivity for various packaging.

DRV 15/90
The DRV 15/90 bagging machine is used for powdered products, dedicated to work with open mouth bags. They allow the adaptation of a weight mesh system to control the servomotor that drives the worm screw.
DRH 15/90
The DRH 15/90 is suitable for valved or open-mouth bags. With the possibility of weighing up to 50 kg, it has dosage by endless screw, driven by a servomotor. This is specific equipment used for powdered products. The dosage can be done by volumetric or gravimetric mode. It has a level sensor in the deposit funnel, lock and package support.
Bagline
With the feeding made through a conveyor belt, in the BAGLINE gravimetric the sack is directly attached to the weighing set. The equipment has a scale and retention gate for weight adjustment. Used for packaging products up to 50 kg, it is a great option for granulates. A low cost equipment with weight accuracy.
Dualine 70L
The DUALINE 70L feeds the scales by gravity and vibrating chute. It combines accuracy of 0.2% of the nominal weight in dosing with a high production speed. Applicable in ranges from 7 kg to 50 kg with various granulated products, it has an ergonomic bag clamp, providing a more efficient and fluid operation.
