Dosetec has a competence, market experience and a technical team of qualified engineers for the planning, development and execution of special projects in the filling lines of buckets, pots and others. In order to do so, together with the customer, our team of specialists carries out a complete survey of the needs, in order to guarantee all the requirements and premises of the project, such as: speed, precision and layout of the system. Bucket Filling Line
Filling system designed for moving the buckets through conveyors sized specifically for each bucket size, with product dosing per weight mesh. The bucket weighing process uses a dynamic or stop controller, enabling better weight accuracy.
Pot Filling Line
System designed according to the customer’s requirements, characteristics and needs, where the customer can choose complete lines or according to his growth needs. We have as main feature the filling by weigher (gravimetric), according to the productivity that the customer needs.
Cap Applicator
System designed according to customer needs and requirements. Flexible and precise cap applicator, developed to operate in perfect harmony with the rest of the filling line.

Dosetec developed this unique project to meet specific packaging needs.
Fully customizable according to customer demand, this design allows product flow without damaging it, as it has an inclined position. Following the line of standard Dosetec packaging machines, this equipment has protections and safety systems that guarantee the integrity of the operator.
