Screw Filling Doser

Dosetec manufactures volumetric dosers for all types of products. They are highly efficient equipment that gain scale in stages of the productive process. Ideal for fractioning products that do not vary in volume. Dosetec Volumetric Dosers are available with a structure in SAE 1020 Carbon Steel and AISI 304 Stainless Steel. Serving different market segments, there are three types of dosers in this line:

DRAWER VOLUMETRIC DOSER

Doser model intended for grain fractionation. It is manufactured with a quick setup system, allowing the replacement of the cup in an agile and practical way. Dosetec manufactures drawer doser with volumes from 1.5 to 7 liters.

VOLUMETRIC CUP DOSER

The cup doser can has 4 to 6 cups, with volumes from 1.5 to 7 liters. This doser model is intended for the fractionation of grains, thick flours, ice, among other products. Feeding system is adjustable according to each customer’s need.

SCREW DOSER

In this doser, the operation is done through the servomotor wich allows greater precision in weight. With torque options of 8 or 13 Nm, they meet the different fractionation needs and can be applied under automatic packaging machines, or in semi-automatic processes. In semi-automatic processes, Dosetec develops closed mesh systems for weight control. The equipment attend the market of packages, pots, buckets and can also be used in the fractioning of components in stages of a manufacturing process.
