The Dosetec line of sealer machines is formed by continuous equipment, with stop and bench. Here you find robustness and durability. They are intended for industrial use and are manufactured in carbon or stainless steel.
These equipments present four models of different sizes that attend the sealing processes for small packages, with a few grams, up to large bags with 50 kg. These sealer machines also have a support belt for the packaging. In applications where greater control is required in the sealing process, the range of sealers allows the control of the three process variables: pressure, time and temperature.
The sealers have a support belt with height adjustment, which makes it possible to work with small and large packages, allowing positioning adjustment according to the package height.
In addition to the continuous ones, Dosetec also manufactures a sealer machine model that can be assembled directly on the support benches of small scales, forming a complete work cell.

Selatec 100
The SELATEC 100 is an ideal bench top sealer machine for small package sizes. Works with all types of packaging materials, with closed pack thickness from 60 to 100 microns. This sealing machine can be mounted directly onto the support benches of small scales, forming a complete work cell.
Selatec 1000
Continuous or stop sealer machine, ideal for packages weighing up to 1 kg. It has a package support base with height adjustment and speed controller of the movement belt. Closed package thickness from 60 to 150 microns.
Selatec 5000
Continuous or stationary sealer machine, it has a package support belt with height adjustment. Like other sealer machines, it is ideal for welding plastics and has a package handling belt speed controller. Closed package thickness from 60 to 150 microns. Suitable for packages of up to 8 kg.
Selatec 10000
Continuous or stop sealer machine, ideal for large size packages. It has a package handling belt speed controller. Thickness of the closed package from 60 to 150 microns. It has an effective digital control and supports packages of up to 50 kg.
With application in the welding of plastics type PP, PE, laminated plastics and Polypaper, this equipment – of a larger size – has a package support belt with height and speed adjustment with coupled frequency inverter.
Costuratec 10000
Indicated for sewing bags up to 50 kg, this equipment is ideal for use with plastic, raffia, paper or polyprop bags. Developed to provide greater productivity and safety in the operation, it has a lower support belt allowing the adjustment of positioning for sewing.
