The HighSpeed Dosing weigher developed by Dosetec bring speed to the process of weighing products with accuracy. The equipment offers similar performance to the volumetric dosers, and still weighs the product. As a result, your industry gains product waste reduction and even productivity increase. As the product is weighed before dumping, it is not necessary to use a check-weigher, eliminating package rejection and consequently packaging consumption, besides eliminating rework with rejected packages. The line serves the grain, flocked, powder and small particle size markets. The HighSpeed Dosing Scales are manufactured with carbon steel or stainless steel structure (and parts in contact with the product in AISI 304 stainless steel).
State-of-the-art automation. The equipment performs weight acquisition and vibration control with PLC expansions, without the use of electronic boards. With the HighSpeed Dosing Scales it is possible to handle the fractionation of various products, from 500 g to 12 kg. The weighing buckets have volumes between 1.5 and 7 liters.

HS
Weighing accuracy and high productivity. The HighSpeed HS Dosing weigher is a compact solution that allows space optimization. Being an enclosed equipment, it does not allow contaminants to come into direct contact with the processed product. Indicated for cereals in general, it is ideal for flaked products. It has a load cell with automatic weight correction and monitoring according to Inmetro standards.
HSM
This equipment is suitable for products with small granulometry. With an interactive interface and easy operation, it is ideal to fractionate fine and granular solid products (powdered) with high precision. The HighSpeed Weigher Dosing meets processes with versions of 1.5, 3, 4 and 7 liters.
