The DOSETEC Baler Machines line features a simple and fast setup, ideal for the industry that seeks flexibility and operational practicality. Manufactured with a stainless or carbon steel structure, it can produce different bale formats and have a welding frame drive through a servo motor or pneumatic cylinder.
These equipments use devices with a quick change concept that reduce wasted time. It is not necessary to use external tools to change the format, coil, package positioner and other accessories. The equipment is also lubrication-free.
With simplified and intuitive operation through a touchscreen interface, the monitoring of the film tension system, encoder to control the traction system, give a tight bale. Dosetec manufactures vertical (MULTITRAC 1200, 1400, 1600 and 2000) and horizontal (special projects) models with spools up to 2000 mm.

MULTITRAC equipment is flexible in terms of bale formats, with easy setup. They allow a great diversity of mounting positions, meeting the needs of the most varied markets. Designed to increase your availability with quick change for adjustments, it is available in three versions, the largest being for spools up to 2000mm.
