These equipments can operate with different formats and different packaging materials, either monolayer or laminated, with different film thicknesses. These are some of the types of packaging that our equipment works with: pillow bag, gusseted, flat bottom, three welds, four welds, five welds and standup pouch.

Another strong point of Dosetec machines is their robustness. The equipment is produced with a stainless steel or carbon steel structure, with systems for smooth or grooved welds, driven by a servomotor or pneumatic.

Dosetec packaging machines have accessories to produce packages with zipper, gondola holes, eurolock, straps, handles, among others. In addition to additional devices such as printers and labeling machines that can be easily attached to the film pass and identify the package according to what your industry needs. The packaging machines can work with different models of filing dosers, whether gravimetric or volumetric, and reach a speed of up to 80 bags per minute.

Practicality and ease of use. The packaging machines are lubrication-free and have ample access for the team to carry out maintenance and cleaning of the machine.

State-of-the-art projects. The touchscreen interface, for example, has simplified and intuitive operation. The monitoring of the film tensioning in the plastic passage help in the correct formation of the packages. With quick change devices, they also guarantee greater machine availability, as format and bobbin changes are carried out without the use of tools. The procedure is simple because the components are easily identified, which results in less downtime. And even the manual can be found on the screen of the machine!
