Linear Weighers

This equipment consists of 1 weighing channel (scale) and is ideal for semi-automatic processes. It is divided into a single feeding stage (with a volume of up to 100 liters) and a double stage (with options of 3, 4 and 7 liters), the latter used for products with difficult flow.

This doser has two dosing channels and can be used in semi-automatic processes and also on packaging machines. The buckets have volumes between 1.5 and 100 liters and can be fed by vibrating chutes, conveyors or even by gravity. Manufactured in carbon or stainless steel, as required by the customer.

This is the linear weigher doser version with three scales. Used for product packaging, it is ideal for dosing animal feed, granulated products and chemical products in general. It can be used in semi-automatic or automatic processes, with the dosing by vibration and scale with 12 and 25 liters capacity. Production for larger volume products (bags above 7 kg up to 25 kg).

Ideal for use in conjunction with vertical packaging machines, these equipments are formed by four independent weighing feed lines. In the “single stage” (3, 4.7 and 12 liters) and “double linear stage” (versions with 1.5, 3, 7 and 12 liters), it produces between 28 to 32 dosers per minute (dpm) and enables rapid removal from buckets and chutes through quick-draw devices. It has a closed chute option, a system that prevents the products from separating during dosing, being ideal for applications such as yerba mate, instant soups, among others.

The Dosetec Sixline linear chute doser, which operates with automatic processes, is ideal for products such as soap powder, condiments and animal feed. With a single stage and six scales, the equipment is fed by a vibrating chute, with buckets of 3 and 4 liters.

Linear weigher doser, specific for small dosages (0.5 to 20g). It can be manufactured in SAE 1020 carbon steel or AISI 304 stainless steel. Touchscreen interface, with the possibility of saving up to 30 recipes.
